While you can browse certain sections of our Website or App, prior to registering as a member, certain activities (such as placing an order) requires mandatory registration1. We may use your contact information for sending you (i) offers based on your previous orders and your interests, (ii) payment reminder notices, (iii) travel vouchers and (iv) updates on the travel sector through our newsletters. In the event, you do not wish to receive such information, you may unsubscribe through the facility in the email message you receive.

Before Holiday frequently sponsors promotions to give its Users the opportunity to win great travel and travel related prizes. Personal Information collected by us for such activities may include contact information and survey questions. We use such Personal Information to notify contest winners and survey information to develop promotions and product improvements.

By voluntarily submitting your travel photos or videos to Before Holiday after availing of our services, either on our Website or App or through email or any other medium of communication to us, you grant to Before Holiday, a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable, license to edit, telecast, re-run, reproduce, use, syndicate, print and distribute the materials you submit, or any portion thereof, in or in connection with Before Holiday and any of its affiliates’ websites, programming, platforms and/or App (the manner, mode and extent of which are subject to change without notice to you), in any manner, and in any medium or forum. You represent and warrant to Before Holiday that you have the full legal right, power, and authority to grant the aforementioned license to Before Holiday. You further agree that your submission(s), and the exercise of the rights granted herein, pursuant to the aforesaid terms, do not and will not violate any applicable laws or regulations, or cause a breach of any agreement(s) entered by you with any third parties and that none of the submission(s) will infringe any copyright, invade any right of privacy, right of publicity, contain any libelous or slanderous material, or infringe or violate any other intellectual property right or other rights (including common law rights) of any other person or entity.

However, in the event you withdraw consent to provide information, including personal information, you agree that you will no longer be permitted to use our services.

We will not retain any personal information for a longer period than is required for the purposes for which the personal information may lawfully be used or is otherwise required under any other law for the time being in force. We may use third-party advertising websites to serve advertisements when you visit our Website and App. Such websites may use information including your personal information in order to provide advertisements regarding goods and services that may be of interest to you. We cannot confirm or guarantee or take responsibility for the privacy practices or policies of such third-party advertising websites. We disclaim any liability towards any losses due to privacy infringement or other causes that you may suffer pursuant to access of such third-party advertising websites. 13. Transfer of information overseas

Before Holiday’s Corporate Office is based in Noida, UP, India. It is the place from where it carries its operations. Accordingly, Customer Data will be accessible to Before Holiday’s offices and is not shared to outside India. SOme information may be shared with Hotels, cab Vendors, Cruise Companies or Airlines for which you have made the booking.

14. EU data subject rights

If you are a resident in the EU, you may have certain rights in relation to the Customer Data we hold about you, which we detail below. Some of these only apply in certain circumstances where Before Holiday is holding authority of the data and legally/contractually allowed as per the local laws as set out in more detail below. We also set out how to exercise those rights.

Before Holiday built the Before Holiday Flights + Hotels Booking app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Before Holiday at no cost and is intended for use as is.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.
