Mussorie is just 30 km from Dehradun. You can start by morning and easily come back by evening. There is a bus from Dehradun to Mussoorie every 1 or 2 hours and vice versa. You can even book Taxis for drop or return journeys. Everyone who goes there must try Maggi at any of the hundred Maggi points on the Dehradun Mussoorie road. Mussoorie has a lot to offer depending upon your mood. You can shop at the crowded narrow Mall Road, take a leisure walk at Camel Back Road, drive to Haathipaaon or Clouds End for some peace or go to Kempty or Bhatta Falls for taking a dip in chilly waters.
